Changing your dashboard language
Run the Zedinga panel in English, Turkish, French, German or Italian — per user, without affecting what your bot says to visitors.
The Zedinga dashboard is available in English, Türkçe, Français, Deutsch and Italiano.
How to change it
- Open Dashboard → Settings.
- In the Sign-in & security section, find the Panel Language card.
- Pick your language — the dashboard switches immediately, no reload needed.
The choice is saved per browser (a cookie), so each team member can use their own language: your French store manager can work in Français while you use English — on the same account, at the same time.
What it does — and doesn't — change
- Changes: every dashboard screen — bots, live chat, leads, analytics, settings, billing, onboarding.
- Does NOT change what your bot says to visitors. The widget's language is configured per bot (Appearance → Widget language), and the AI auto-detects and replies in each visitor's language regardless — 12 languages supported.
- Does NOT translate your content: bot names, knowledge, canned replies, form fields and flow messages stay exactly as you wrote them.
First visit
If you've never picked a language, the dashboard opens in your browser's language (when it's one of the five), otherwise in English.
