We'll email you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed it, new conversations will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade to a higher plan.

The conversation limit is shared across all your bots. For example, on the Growth plan (5,000/month), the total conversations from all your bots combined count toward this limit.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period. You can export your data (leads, conversations) before canceling.

Every plan uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini for chat responses and text-embedding-3-small for knowledge base embeddings. Growth and higher plans can also switch a bot to the more capable GPT-4o (fair-use allowance: 1,000 premium conversations/month on Growth, 5,000 on Business — past that, the bot answers on GPT-4o-mini until the next month). Your bot answers from your own content, so it stays grounded and avoids making things up.
