Our Story
We started Zedinga AI because we saw a gap: enterprise companies had access to powerful AI automation, but small businesses were stuck with rule-based tools that couldn't understand natural language or adapt to their workflows.
Using the latest advances in large language models and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), we built a platform where any business can deploy AI automation that works accurately from their own content — starting with customer support and expanding to lead generation and business process automation.
Today, Zedinga AI powers customer support across web widgets, WhatsApp, and voice, with AI lead generation now in beta — and business process automation coming soon. Our flat pricing model means no surprises — unlike competitors who charge per message or per resolution.
