Zedinga LLC ("Zedinga AI," "we," "our") operates the zedinga.ai platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and payment details when you register.

Bot Data: Knowledge sources (website content, PDFs, Q&As) you upload to train your bots.

Conversation Data: Messages exchanged between your website visitors and your AI bots.

Usage Data: Analytics, page views, feature usage, and performance metrics.

Lead Data: Information collected via pre-chat forms (name, email, phone, company) from your visitors.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our AI chatbot services
  • To process payments and manage your subscription
  • To send service notifications and usage alerts
  • To generate analytics and insights for your dashboard
  • To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • OpenAI: Conversation content is processed by OpenAI's API to generate AI responses. OpenAI does not use API data for training.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication services.
  • Resend: Email notification delivery.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), row-level security policies, OAuth token encryption at rest, HMAC-signed webhooks, and rate limiting on all public endpoints. You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of protection.

6. Data Retention

Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You can configure an automatic data-retention window per bot, after which older conversations are purged automatically. Upon account deletion, all associated data (bots, conversations, leads, knowledge sources) is permanently deleted via cascade deletion policies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@zedinga.com. You can also export a full copy of your account data and permanently delete your account at any time from your dashboard Settings, and export leads and conversations as CSV.
