Widget appearance & branding
Colors, position, avatar, welcome message, custom CSS and fonts, right-to-left languages, and voice chat.
Everything here lives in your bot's Appearance tab, with a live preview next to every control.
The basics
- Colors — primary color and accents; use Brand Match to pull colors from your own website automatically instead of picking by hand.
- Position & shape — left or right corner, bubble shape, widget sizing.
- Avatar — upload a logo or photo shown in the chat header and next to bot messages.
- Welcome message — the first thing visitors see; a good one states what the bot can do ("Ask me about prices, shipping or your order").
Widget customization is available on the Starter plan and above.
Custom CSS & fonts
For pixel-perfect matching, add custom CSS (sanitized — it styles the widget, it can't run scripts) and load a custom font from the supported CDN list. The widget renders in an isolated Shadow DOM, so your changes never leak into the host page and vice versa.
Languages & RTL
The widget's own interface strings (buttons, placeholders, labels) follow the visitor's language — 12 languages including full right-to-left layout for Arabic. No configuration needed; it follows the same auto-detection as answers.
Voice chat
Voice is part of the Business plan and above. Visitors can talk to the bot: a microphone button captures speech, and answers can be read aloud. Works in browsers with speech support (most modern Chrome/Edge/Safari); it degrades gracefully to text elsewhere.
Branding
"Powered by Zedinga" appears on Free, Starter and Growth plans; the Business plan can remove it and agencies can fully white-label the widget.
