Appointment booking with Google Calendar
Let the bot offer available time slots and book appointments straight into your calendar.
Appointment booking is part of the Growth plan and above.
Connect your calendar
Go to Integrations → Google Calendar and authorize access. The connection is per-account and your tokens are stored encrypted.
Configure booking on the bot
In the bot's Settings tab, booking section: enable booking and choose the calendar and appointment settings. The bot then:
- Recognizes when a visitor wants an appointment.
- Offers available slots — computed from your calendar's actual free time, so double-booking isn't possible.
- Books the chosen slot: an event lands in your Google Calendar with the visitor's details, and the visitor gets a confirmation in chat.
Tips
- Keep your working hours accurate in your calendar — availability is derived from it.
- Pair booking with a conversation flow if you want to collect extra details (service type, vehicle model) before offering slots.
- Disconnecting the integration in Integrations immediately stops the bot from offering slots.
