Industry templates
When creating a bot (and in Dashboard → Marketplace) you can start from a curated template — restaurant, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, SaaS, legal and more. A template seeds your bot with:
- Pre-written Q&A pairs typical for the sector (opening hours, pricing questions, common objections)
- A fitting persona and welcome message
Templates are a starting point, not a cage: everything they add is normal knowledge and settings you can edit or delete. Your own website content always takes priority as you add it.
Installing from the Marketplace
Browse the gallery, open a template to see exactly what it includes, and install it as a new bot in one click. Bot count limits follow your plan.
When to use one
- No website yet — a template gives the bot something useful to say on day one while you add your own Q&As.
- Fast sector setup — install, then replace the generic answers with your specifics; faster than starting from zero.
